We offer one on one tutoring to institutionalised children and we are raising funds towards our tutoring program. This year our theme is Dyslexia Awareness(Walk for a Purpose), this is a matter close to our hearts as some of our students are dyslexic. We hope through our awareness campaign, the public will learn more about Dyslexia, its effect on our children and how we can help them deal with it. On behalf of Harare Children's Home and Inspire Tutors we are inviting you to the Annual Fun Run and Walkathon. The event will be on Saturday the10th of March 2018 at Mwana Dream Park next to The Harare Children's Home in Eastlea. GAZA AIMING HIGHER

FORMER Dynamos midfielder Desmond Maringwa’s influence is growing on issues relating to football players’ rights and welfare in the country, and been elected to the FIFPro Africa division’s board.

Maringwa, who has been steering the local Footballers Union of Zimbabwe (FUZ) ship with distinction in the last few years, landed the continental post at the organisation’s congress currently underway in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Maringwa’s appointment follows after the former Dynamos midfielder attained FIFA Diploma in Football Law in March.

FUZ announced the development in a statement on their social media platforms on Friday.


“Congratulations to Footballers Union of Zimbabwe president, Desmond Maringwa, who was elected into the FIFPro Africa Board at the ongoing FIFPRO Division Africa congress in Johannesburg, South Africa,” said FUZ.”

The continental post is another feather in the cap of Maringwa who has transformed himself from a very talented player during his playing career to the helm of the country’s football players’ representative body.

During his tenure as FUZ boss, Maringwa has been showing the kind of leadership many believe could shape him into a very good ZIFA president in the future.

Meanwhile, Botswana’s Kgosana Masaseng of Footballers Union of Botswana was elected the deputy secretary-general of FIFPro Africa for the next two years.

On its website, FIFPro says it works every day on behalf of more than 65,000 players, both men and women, spread across our 65 affiliated national player associations.

The organisation says it stands for equality and solidarity and all its player associations are committed to working to improve the lives of players around the world.

We are back!!!!! So if you are vaccinated, you are now permitted to return back to the gym, this is as per As per government advisory, we are going to be opening this Friday 3 September 2021. We got so many emails from people wanting to come back, a lot of us are about that gym life and have gained weight during the pandemic or lost those gains 😂! Hahaha so no judgement here, most of us are in the same boat. So let's get back to life, moving forward and to pressing reset on that health journey. Remember it's a marathon not a sprint. Some lags are up, some are down.
So welcome back people, remember a healthy body =healthy mind!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Jumpstart your week with this tasty breakfast recipe! It's important to start off your day strong, so a healthy, no flour, no butter, no sugar recipe is a great option! The simple muffin base can be flavored with a variety of mix-ins and topped with your favorite add-ons! Make your morning a little bit easier with this easy 5-ingredient muffin recipe! 💙



Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes



Makes 6 muffins!



What you will need:
✨1 1/2 cups oats
✨Whole egg & 1/4 cup egg whites
✨Milk or almond milk (about 1/4 c or until reached desired consistency)
✨1 tsp Baking powder
✨A Sprinkle of Salt
✨Optional add-ins: vanilla, cinnamon, or protein powder for extra flavor!



Instructions:
🔹Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line your 6 cup mini muffin pan with liners.

🔹Step 2: In a medium mixing bowl, put in oats, eggs, a pinch of salt (and whatever extra add-ins for sweetness). Add in milk as needed for preferred consistency.

🔹Step 3: Scoop even mixture parts into muffin pan.

🔹Step 4: Bake for 15 mins, until lightly golden brown on the tops of the muffins. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before removing from liners.

🔹Step 5: Optional: Add any toppings of your choice! Bananas, raspberries, blueberries, or peanut butter will do! Enjoy!

🔹Step 6: If you don't plan to eat all muffins right away, you can store the remaining cups in the refrigerator up to a week or frozen up to 3 months.
