I bought air time for the value of zwl8500
.00 with the intention of juicing my mifi on 21 April 2022 at 17:27hrs. The teller, Tofara Mashaya on trans 16684 gave me airtime voucher of only zwl500.00. He then approched his supervisor Share Njombolo, whom I requested for a refund if they couldn't give me the airtime since I was out on business but I stay in Harare. Both the supervisor and th Manager refused to give me a refund , saying they would contact netone and then give me my vouchers. They took serial numbers of the vouchers and said I shoud go with them to netone shop. The next day I went to netone shop where I was told that they can only give the vouchers to OK not me. I contacted Mr Njombolo about the development , he said he would immediately solve the issue and conact me. Since then I tried calling him bt was ignoring my calls, today I kept on calling and he finally picked my call but he told me tha hes not on duty and can't assist me till Monday when he will be back at work. Today in the afternoon I had to visit OK Kwame Nkrumah branch with the issue. The manager called Njombolo, who did not pick his call, he then called the Manager of Bindura branch about the issue, who said they are working on the issue and would contact me. Upto now I have been trying to call, another lady supervisor we called had this number 0773977074 and she said shes not in a position to assist us. Is this how you are now handlng your custpmers, please I need my airtime the soonest. The zwl500 voucher is also saying " voucher number is not valid" . OK MANAGEMENT PLEASE ASSIST OR MAYBE WE TAKE OUR ISSUE LEGALLY
