October was eventful as we raised awareness of Breast Cancer, we had lunch with our Breast Cancer survivors, our staff got trained on breast cancer support, we danced to the #JerusalemChallenge and committed to serve people fighting breast cancer better. Thank you Solution Space , Body Active Gym , Zimnat , Victoria Twenty-Two John Cole, Magna Carta, Princess W Imbayago and Peter Chigayo for helping bring this come to life.

We had a lovely dinner party on Friday in honor of my sister's doctorate. Set up was on point, meals were tasty, the only fly in the ointment was the approach by one seemingly senior dude about our playing music, something which we had cleared prior. Just felt it could have been handled better. 😏

Our Humble Beginning.

It all started with a common passion for food and love for cooking that gave birth to this little gem. Fueled by the art of entertaining clients and the constant challenge of satisfying their palates.Victoria Twenty Two is driven by a unique due of mixed cultures and cuisine’s. Mark originating from Hamburg and his wife Manuela from Milan, Italy, have made it a family affair to establish Vic 22 into the entity it is today. After a magical 9 years working in the industry on the Diani Beach on the Mombasa Kenyan Coast in 1995 Mark and Manuela decided to move to Zimbabwe thus choosing the country of their future and to pursuing their dream. Location has been a key point to Victoria twenty two's identity. Located in the center of Newlands across 2 acres of immaculate garden in beautiful Colonial house , It just seemed the perfect choice. On a glorious sunny Wednesday in July 1996 Victoria Twenty Two opened her doors to the public.

A fusion of flavors from Italy to East Africa have been the perfect marriage to tantalize taste buds all over the Country.Victoria Twenty Two's ambiance is second to none, thanks to Manuela's unique and personal touch. Decorated with precious antique pieces, elegant silver wear, crispy white table cloths and homely wooden floors.
