MOULDY BILTONG!! Please be aware that at this time of the year if you don’t keep your biltong in a cold fridge or freezer you are at serious risk of it going mouldy. Humid conditions are terrible for trying to make and keep biltong. The safest way is to finish it all and get some more the next day 😀
