Having just had coffee with associates at Classic I was astonished to see no Covid safety protocols in place. No temperature testing and no sanitizing. Won’t be back.

In the past 3 weeks I have had several opportunities to be a regular connoisseur of your famed deserts and indeed they are good , no doubt about. In that same time period this has been my experience:

1. I was overcharged approximately US$5 on my first visit (sit in) by a waiter who also had an attitude to go along with it.
Top tip everyone....insist on a receipt with each purchase!!!
2. Just last weekend, I trekked a great distance across town to satisfy one of my cravings and ordered takeaway. When I got home, I discovered that the attendant had generously decided I didn't need the other half of my carrot cake slice and helpfully stashed the helpless victim at the very bottom of my takeaway bag, only to be discovered too late. Thanx a lot.
.....Top tip everyone.....you are never in too much of a rush to check the contents of your takeaway purchase......

All Im saying is you are selling a premium product which can be undone by showdy service.

..........You know what's next right....one less customer !!!

Awesome cakes...#BUT...next time please tell us that your cocktails aren’t some fizzy with ice fooling us that it’s strawberry daq or mojito...we would be looking forward for it...at least reduce the price if its not the proper thing...#Dissapointed😏
