To appreciate the individuals ensuring we still enjoy great meals from the comfort of our homes during this lockdown, we are giving away a hamper to 3 lucky chefs or bakers and the individuals to select them..

Simply:

- You will both qualify for the hamper if you both follow

This year we are doing things a little different. We teamed up with for Valentine's week (12 to 19 February 2021).

They have great packages on offer and we will be, as always, bringing you the goodies.

Kindly take note that all orders are to be in by the 10th of February. Orders after this date will attract an extra charge of $10 and must be in 48hrs before the intended date of delivery.

A day in the life of pancakes...

Orders were made. Pancakes were had. Old and new faces seen. Fun was had. Sauces were drizzled. Sweet and Savoury were mixed. All in all, it was a great day.

Thank you to every single person that made the time and space in their bellies for us. We will be doing Pancake Tuesday again soon. Bigger and better.

Everybody looooves cake 🎤

And we love to share our love for cake. This month we will be sharing a lot of cakes from birthdays and orders past and present. Hope to inspire your next indulgence.

Starting March on a sweet note. Lenten season is upon us. Ash Wednesday isn't the only marker of the beginning of this time of introspection and development. Shrove Tuesday is a day of feasting. And we shall feast on pancakes till our heart's content.

We are making jams, sauces, toasting nuts, cutting up fruit, trying bacon and just creating a pancake bar to remember.

The pancake bar will be open from 12pm until 7pm on Tuesday 6 March 2019.

What does therapy look like for you? Sometimes it's going for a run, jog, walk, or punching a wall. Other times it's baking in the dead of night. Amd every month, it's The Talk when we air out what's happening inside and walk away feeling that much better for friendships made and burdens lifted.

Whatever your form of therapy is, find a way to be sound of mind, body and soul.
