Uhmmmmm 🤔
I was s*xually infected with a tropical infection originated in Zimbabwe. This tropical infection is s*xually transmitted. It is not transmitted by airborne way. The development of the disease: It all started with red stripes on the body: hands, chest, belly, back, legs. There were stripes of various kinds: straight, patterned, my face was covered with white and red stripes. I had periodically a shivering fit. The body temperature rose up to 37.5 C

The infection caused a hormonal failure, aging organism and the failure in the work of the whole organism. The entire face is covered with fine stripes and senile wrinkles which appear at the age of 70. Thyroid hormone is below-normal, s*x hormones are below-normal This is just heath complication. Now I have a lot of other serious heath problems throughout the whole organism.
In RUSSIA, doctors do not know this tropical infection. I applied to the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Moscow . They do not deal with tropical s*xually transmitted infections . I sent the description of symptoms to clinics of tropical medicine in Germany and Israel. I did not get a reply. The doctors recommend seeking medical advice from doctors who practice in Zimbabwe.

FIP calls for governments to support pharmacists and pharmacy workers on COVID-19 front line

https://fip.us9.list-manage.com/track/click?u=8a53014ef869b0c219eac7e5f&id=9ebdba5189&e=e746e182e2

The Hague, 14 April 2020 — The International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) has today issued 23 urgent measures that governments and other stakeholders must put in place in order to ensure the continuity of pharmaceutical care to people around the world and so that pharmacists can play an even greater part in the fight against coronavirus/COVID-19.

This call to action addresses the major issues currently being faced by the pharmacy profession across the globe by demanding, for example, that:
-Pharmacists and pharmacy staff are recognised as key workers;
-Pharmacy staff have access to appropriate protective equipment;
-Pharmacy staff are included in the groups of healthcare and essential workers to be tested for coronavirus/COVID-19;
-Home delivery of medicines and pharmaceutical services to patients who must stay at home is funded;
-Medicines at risk of shortage are identified and mitigation plans put in place;
-Continuing education in infectious disease and emergency response is funded;
-Financial aid is provided to pharmacies in the event of temporary closure for health reasons.

FIP’s measures also look ahead, calling for provisions to be made in preparation for future developments. These include:
-Authorising and harnessing the network of pharmacies to contribute to mass testing across populations (following the adoption of evidence-based protocols for the usability of rapid point-of-care tests for COVID-19 in appropriate individuals in the community setting).
-Further investment in and development of infrastructure to ensure health systems are ready for mass immunisation when COVID-19 vaccines are available, including updating regulations to enable pharmacists to immunise adults.

“The valuable service that pharmacists and their teams provide to communities, and their important contribution to easing the huge strain being placed on health systems during the current coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic is now clearer than ever. We know that these colleagues are going to great lengths and subjecting themselves to risks in order to ensure continuity of care, particularly to the vulnerable, and to maintain a robust and efficient medicines and medical product supply chain as well as providing much needed advice and services,” said FIP President Mr Dominique Jordan.

He added: “Pharmacists at community and hospital pharmacies and clinical biology laboratories are sharing in the enormous pressure of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus disease. Sadly, we have already witnessed pharmacist deaths related to COVID-19 and many pharmacists have patients who have died because of the infection. We must ensure the well-being of these colleagues so that they can continue in their vital work.” The FIP measures also call for appropriate services to be put in place to support the psychological health of pharmacists and pharmacy staff, and for governments and other employers to ensure that pharmacists are getting adequate breaks during their shifts and time off between shifts.

The Pharmaceutical Society of Zimbabwe (PSZ) recognizes that the COVID-19 pandemic will have an impact in the provision of pharmaceutical care to the public hence a reasonable level of flexibility will need to be accommodated by all affiliates and stakeholders in the distribution chain of essential medicines and medical devices. According to the SI 83 of 2020 (ordering a national lockdown), the practice of pharmacy is recognised as an essential service and will be exempt from the lockdown. It will be critical for players across the value chain to remain open, however, the professionals taking on this selfless task of being on the frontline of fighting COVID-19 will need to be protected. This protection includes adherence to crucial personal protective equipment and maintenance of remote consultations by symptomatic patients.
Although efforts are being made to ensure uninterrupted services, challenges like quarantines, pharmacy closures, travel limitations, interruptions to the supply chain for medicines and other pharmaceutical services may arise if members or their families become infected with COVID-19. PSZ encourages health care professionals to rely on strategies recommended by the Ministry of Health and Child Care (MoHCC), World Health Organization, the Centres for Disease Control and the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP). On the other hand, the general public is advised to stay at home, call the hotline 2019 if they exhibit symptoms or reach out to their community pharmacist by phone or email if they need clarity and/or additional information.
PSZ is represented in the ongoing consultations with the Ministry of Health and Child Care constituting of key opinion specialist physicians and pharmacists who are looking at possible and recommended pharmacotherapeutic management protocols for COVID-19. All PSZ members are encouraged to utilize currently proven and recommended practices and to implement relevant modern technological advances (telemedicine and electronic prescribing) in provision of pharmaceutical services to the public where feasible.
We understand that timely responses are critical in this dynamic environment and we are committed to working as expeditiously as possible to provide pharmaceutical guidance during this rapidly evolving situation. We are forever indebted to our members who have demonstrated commitment and passion in preserving life by going beyond their capacity in provision of this essential service.
Stay safe, sanitize or wash your hands with soap, maintain social distancing and above all take heed of the call for a lockdown and stay at home!!

Today, 11 February, we commemorate the UN International Day of Women and Girls in Science and we celebrate all our women and girls in Science, especially our pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists in Zimbabwe and further abroad.
Science and gender equality are both vital for the achievement of the internationally agreed development goals, including the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Over the past 15 years, the global community has made a lot of effort in inspiring and engaging women and girls in science. Yet women and girls continue to be excluded from participating fully in science.
With Sustainable Development Goal 9, part of the Global Goals that world leaders agreed to in 2015 with a deadline of 2030, countries around the world have pledged to “build resilient infrastructure, promote inclusive and sustainable industrialization and foster innovation.” On the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, let's change this narrative. Join us in celebrating women and girls, who are leading innovation and call for actions to remove all barriers that hold them back.
We leave you with the words of UN Secretary-General António Guterres:
“To rise to the challenges of the 21st century, we need to harness our full potential. That requires dismantling gender stereotypes. On this International Day of Women and Girls in Science, let’s pledge to end the gender imbalance in science.”

Coronavirus has become one of the important topics being discussed globally, both by people in the healthcare sector and those who are not. The question for us pharmacists is, “What is my role?” and International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) has the answer.
Community pharmacies in 2019-nCoV outbreak-affected and unaffected countries are often the first point of contact with the health system for those with concerns or in need of information and reliable advice. Their responsibilities include stocking appropriate products and promoting disease prevention. Hospital pharmacies in outbreak-affected and unaffected countries have an important role in in-hospital infection control as well as patient care and support. Pharmacists may also have roles in clinical laboratories.

A webinar titled “Coronavirus 2019-nCoV: How can pharmacists help control the outbreak?" is being hosted by FIP on Monday 10 February at 08.30 CET and repeated at 17:00 CET and you are encouraged to attend. In addition, a CPA document: “Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) outbreak prevention and control: Guidance and management strategies for pharmacists and the pharmacy workforce” has been published and is available for you to access online.

For these and more resources, visit https://www.fip.org/coronavirus to register for the webinar and download valuable resources related to Coronavirus.
