At the helm of Creative Cuisine is an experienced mature lady who has a passion for creating attractive and delicious meals serving them in the most colourful and appetising manner! After years as a senior executive secretary in the banking sector Teckla decided to change her career as her passion lay in the hospitality world. After training in ‘culinary arts’ AT Merton College in Surrey UK, to arm herself with skills she went on to launch Creative Cuizine in 2004. Her Motto at Creative Cuizine is ‘On Time & in Time’. Creative Cuizine always endeavours to provide menus which are a collaboration of the customer and the chef! Coming up with a fusion of spices and recipes from all over the world and the presentation always guided by the customers’ theme and colour always results in satisfied customers!
