Last week Imagine international Festival 2013 winners WERE Band came 3rd in the Chibuku Road To Fame national competition receiving prize money of US$3 000,while Music Crossroads Inter-regional Finals 2010 finalist The Way Band were crowned winners pocketing US$5 000 and a recording contract.

Best of luck to our Music Crossroads Academy Zimbabwe teachers who left last night, August 28th, for a two-week training camp in Johannesburg with the Global Music Academy.'

On Saturday, the 3rd of August Were Band (Zimbabwe) won the Imagine International Final 2013 in Kristiansand (Norway) and became the first ever African band to win the international all-styles music competition for young artists!
