💥BOOTY BUILDERS💥

Here are a bunch of exercises that are great for adding mass to your glutes.

Most of them revolve around hip extension, which targets the glutes maximus (the biggest glute muscle).

Some of them don’t isolate your glutes as much as their pure extension, external rotation or even hip abduction but the goal here is to focus on exercises you can really add weight to.

The split squats and leg press can target your quads quite a bit too. To aim for more glute activation on the leg press, put your feet higher and a bit wider than normal. For the split squats, put your front foot a bit further away and drive up through your heel 🔥

I’m sure you’ve seen a ton of videos of body weight and elastic exercises and these are all great for sculpting this area too. To add REAL MASS though, lifting really heavy works 😃💪🏽

Ideally you would pick 3-4 of these and add a few extension/external rotation/abduction exercises to round out your glute program.

3-4 sets of 8-12 reps would be a good target for each 💪🏽

IMPORTANT! Make sure you eat enough PROTEIN 🥩 🍣!!

And carbs are your friend when trying to build your muscle. If you want to maximize your gains and minimize fat then eat a balanced diet around your weight maintenance target 🎯

A lot of people forget that “normal food” is more than good enough. You’ll find fruits, veggies, protein and carbs in your local supermarket. If you’re smart and good at planning, this shouldn’t be a problem for you.

I'm always asked how I started my fitness journey. Put simply, growing up I was always skinny and I wanted to change that narrative by transforming my body. I started in 2018 but let me tell you, fitness is more mind over matter than anything else. There were days I would ask myself if it was even worth it (expecting to see overnight results which is never the case) but perseverance and finding motivation to achieve my goals kept me going. If i could do it, so can you. Push yourself, one step at a time, not giving up, picking yourself up when you feel unmotivated and you will see those changes and once you see the results, it definitely becomes an addiction.
