so i bought a brand new batt from these guys three months back , i never had a problem what so ever until yesterday after lunch i tried starting my car the battery was dead as if it wasnt connected , i got a jump start and drove straight to graniteside with my invoice.

believe me you these people will do and say anything so as not to replace your battery , one guy (i guess he is the manager , with
spectacles) came and said your battery is not sitting in a level position so its not our fault , i asked what do you mean, we both looking at the battery what kind of level do you want. have yu considered where the car is parked if your reason is valid , later another guy came with a test meter and said your car is overcharging with 1 amp , if this car was overcharging , the battery was meant to burning hot and smelling by the time i got here .

they used every trick in the book not to replace my battery ,

cheap is never cheap , they might seem cheap , but you will cry in the long run , considering i took my time to get quotes from other dealers and they seemed very cheap than the rest , .

not happy with your service at all taking my business elsewhere

Allow me guys to express my dissatisfaction,your service is very disappointing when it comes warranties i bought a battery in January in March it exploded, you are just good when someone is buying, you did not even take time to listen to a customer even if you were not going to replace the battery you should have try to access what really transpired but instead you paid a deaf ear what a poor service
