Sungura musician Alick Macheso has implored fans to practise responsible behaviour and avoid discrimination against the infected in a passionate World AIDS day message shared on his official page. We share below the full message.

1 December we join the world in marking World AIDS Day. Abstinence is the way to go for in-school kids and for all adults let's be responsible and practise safe s*x. Let's not discriminate against the infected and affected. In this season we must remember the orphaned who lost their parents and guardians to HIV and AIDS. There is no small effort in humanitarian work and whatever you give goes a long way. We are one people and together we will emerge victors.

Thank you for the love Cape Town. Due to high demand and push for tickets, we have moved the Sunday 17 October family show from Goodwood Civic Hall to the much bigger Kensington Community Hall. Free shuttle available from Goodwood Civic Hall to Kensington Community Hall. See you there!
