Without a management structure, an organization won't go far, ideas won't have a structure to fall into. A manager must be able to lead subordinates for the achievement of the different organizational goals and outcomes. For a manager to effectively lead, he or she must always be upgrading their
level of awareness. It's not good for a manager to have more gaps in knowledge and wisdom than subordinates! As a leader, be always on the path of learning and self-development acquiring new information and knowledge.

During these 18 years, no transgressions were recorded against her. She did not do what most leaders do. They promote their relatives and give them aides or secretaries. They amass millions of dollars. They demand that people cheer them on even when they're not popular. They destroy their enemies and fight those who preceded them. They shed the blood of their fellow countrymen. But not Merkel. She did not utter nonsense. She didn't care about being photographed. Angela Merkel, the woman who was dubbed "The Lady of the World" was described as being equivalent to six million men. Yesterday, Merkel left the party leadership position and handed it over to those after her. Germany and its people are happy about her leadership. She has left the country in the best condition it has ever been. Germany is the largest economy in Europe. Germans reacted to her departure in an unprecedented way in the history Germany. The whole country went out to the balconies of their houses and clapped hands for her spontaneously for 6 long continuous minutes. There was no fanfare. They appreciated her leadership. Contrary to our Public servants, there was no praise, controversy, hypocrisy, or criticism. 🇩🇪 Germany stood as one body bidding farewell to its leader, a chemical physicist by qualification. She was not tempted by the fashion industry, or the lights of popularity. She did not build a mansion for herself, buy expensive cars, yachts or private planes. Those 18 years did not change her personality. She was a silent leader who focused on results. At a press conference, a female journalist asked Merkel: "We notice that your suit is repeated, don’t you have another? " She replied: "I am a government employee and not a model."
