Today's Google Doodle is Zimbabwe's very own #Mbira!!

We love that Cook Off the Movie has mbira on the soundtrack!

In fact the film's writer/director Tomas Lutuli Brickhill is the lead singer in mbira-punk band Chikwata.263, and their music features in the film (we know, we know, he's a man of many talents).

Here's a taste of their unusual and funky sound – mbira-playing courtesy Hector Rufaro Mugani.
