It's family time! Create some together time with your loved ones this festive season by making these yummy cup cakes together and create some sweet, festive everlasting memories with your family...

Ingredients:
2 cups cake flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
drop egg yellow food colouring

Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients together.
2. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and beat well until smooth and creamy
3. Place paper cups into cupcake tins and fill 3/4 full
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C or until a toothpick/knife inserted in centre comes out clean
5. Enjoy!

This summer say bye-bye to WHITE SHOES that dry with YELLOW MARKS with this cool hack!

1️⃣Clean your shoes in a Boom wash.
2️⃣Rinse them in water several times until the water is no longer soapy.
3️⃣While they’re still wet, cover them with toilet paper.

Coconut And Lime Roast Chicken

Ingredients:

1x 6kg Whole Chicken, Rinsed and Patted Dry

2 MAGGI Cube Fortified, crumbled

1/2 Cup MAGGI Arome Liquid Seasoning
1 pc Lemon, zest and juice
2 cm piece (about 10g) Fresh Ginger, Peeled and Chopped
2 cloves Garlic, Crushed
1 bunch Coriander, Chopped
1 cup Shredded Coconut, Toasted
1 cup Cooked plain Rice
2 cups Water
1/4 cup Brown Sugar

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced. In a food blender or food processor, add ginger, garlic, and coriander leaves with stems and blend them until finely chopped add crumble in MAGGI cube Fortified, the lemon zest and juice.
Place the cooked rice and ginger garlic mixture in a medium bowl with the coconut and mix to combine.
Spoon the rice mixture into the cavity of the chicken and secure the legs with kitchen string.

Pour water, MAGGI Arome Liquid Seasoning and brown sugar into a roasting pan and stir to dissolve the sugar. Place the chicken, breast-side down, in the pan and roast for 40 minutes, basting with the pan juices every 15 minutes.

Turn the chicken and roast for a further 40 minutes, basting every 15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve with steamed green vegetables.
