What happens to you when you are anxious? I didn’t even réalisé I was anxious (stressed) about tonight until I started waking up around midnight, failing to sleep then after, till kingdom come🙄! And then I started eating a lot of chocolate 😂😂😂 (I am not a chocolate person. Inondirova moyo if I eat two bars chaidzo) Now dress one doesn’t fit 😩😩😩. The struggle is real! 🤣

But amidst all this, everything worked out for the good and the show came together!

I am anxious about tonight because I don’t know if my venue will fill up (it’s not the most important thing but it still worries us, the artists). I am anxious because the anxiety plus this cold plus other such things leads to voice loss, and yes, this whole week I have been fighting voice loss, canceled interviews, can’t answer my phone, chewing ginger etc etc. I am anxious because I have a new band. I am anxious because, ko magetsi akaenda? That will become an extra huge cost to run on generator😱😱. I anxious because of a million things.

At the same time, and more importantly, I am so excited and thankful! I did consider canceling this launch concert; the costs of required equipment and personnel is a tonne heavy, and the changing of currencies did not make it any easier. But I didn’t cancel! And boy, am I happy I made that choice! I am so thankful to God that against all adversity, here we are! In my eyes, we already fought and won!

I am very thankful to each one of you who shall come for concert, full house, half, or two people, I shall rejoice and sing my lungs out for you, knowing you are my very real, true fans.

I am very excited because after all is said and done, I LOOOOOVE being on stage! I was born to be there! And every time I am on a good stage, with good lights, good sound (huge thanx to Divineconcertsound Divine and pastor I have an amazing stage and sound respectively) and a good band (thanx to the band for putting in the hours) I feel complete- a taste of heaven. So tonight is another chance to just be me, serving my calling and hopefully sharing that taste of heaven with you!

I am excited and thankful that today is Friday the 26th of July! The day is here folks! See you 8-10pm! 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽
