First the guard sprayed sanitiser into my right eye accidentally. For which I overlooked as a genuine mistake. Being a medical professional i didnt panic because I know its harmless to me despite the discomfort. While I was waiting in the queue, one female shop employee greeted me and went ahead of me in the queue. I politely asked her what her intention was and she said to do a price check. I told her the least she could do was communicate that to me instead of jump the queue. She apologised and allowed me to proceed. Another shop employee named blessing came and placed a pack of rolls with a $20 bill on top. And the attendant wadzanai proceeded to check those items out. And I asked them both that they could have communicated something to me at least. They both ignored me and I actually told them that they are really not bothered by my comment. Wadzanai stared blankly at me and went on with what she was doing. I suppose she feels I didnt have a choice. But I do have a choice and I choose not to come back to this store. The attitude is so bad. I hope you train your staff better.
