This course is aimed at those who are new to the kitchen or simply underconfident in their cooking abilities. The course gives you tools to understand & enable how to go about preparing food that is simple to prepare yet full of flavour. Classes cover basic cooking techniques i.e. Roasting, Stir-Frying, Grilling, and Sautéing together with basic hygiene & basic table layout.
