How Marriages Fail.
The banking & Withdrawal Method

Being inconsiderate, unkind and Macho against your spouse whom you are planning to grow old with does not make sense. He or She is the only thing you will have when you are old, toothless and unable to be all you have been. Friends will come and go, kids will come and go, family will come and go but the two of you are together till death. If a sister stays at her brother's house for too long people begin to speak, the wife may even start to complain and the brother start to worry, but if a wife is in her husband's house no1 can say anything because she belongs there, it's her house too and she is naturally meant to grow old in there.

Treat your spouse like he or she is the only person you have on earth because the life we live as husband and wife during our prime years sometimes detects or determines how our old age will be, the way we treat our spouse's currently can be just like a bank, you can only withdraw what you deposited. Like they always say, you reap wat you saw. If you saw pain, anger, bitterness, tears into your marriage at your prime, expect to reap the same at old age.

One day a few months ago on the radio there was a topic that caught my attention. It was a topic on marriage. The DJs were asking women or wives rather, this question: "if you where to choose one person between your husband and your brother to win $10million usd, who would you choose ?"
The answers were heartbreaking, almost 90% of the women said they would choose their brother. The main reason being soon after getting that money the husband would change. Either she would nolonger be on the same level as him so he will look for a better woman to replace her or he would just cheat on and abuse her.
Most women said that the more money a man has, the more problems for their marriages. Which I found realy interesting and disturbing at the same time. A question was paused to these women, "wat if your brother's wife says she doesn't want to see you anywhere near her husband or their newly acquired wealth," they mostly responded that uyo mutorwa she has no say and my brother would never let me down.

Honestly this broke my heart, I know most of you will say it's just radio and these guys were having fun but I heard the emotions in those responses, the women were bitter, they wanted their husbands to fail, and it scared the living hell out of me.
Is this how marriage is, do these people sleep with their enemies, is it realy all an act?
All these questions spinning all over my head. I then realised that some of these women once experienced such behaviours from their husbands during the days when they were liquid. They probably were always left behind at home, turned to part of the house furniture and maids, no money or allowances, no good upkeep for them, no new clothes for them and their kids, having to beg for money to buy clothes for the children is one of the worst places any woman can be in, I know this for a fact, I experienced it in part of my first marriage. (NO I'm not talking about lazy women who just want to stay at home, It happens to the most of us) You no longer know if the man genuinely does not have money or he is just being his usual selfish self. A woman should never beg her husband to take care of her and their children if he can afford to, once you get to that point theres a possibility that a bit of love has been lost.

This was just an extra long introduction to today's topic,
