The Discovery Phase: A Roadmap to Success
The discovery phase is similar to planning a trip. When a friend suggests a road trip, you ask three basic questions:
1. Why are we going?
2. Where are we headed?
3. How will we get there?
These questions are equally crucial during the discovery phase:
1. Why is your client undertaking this project?
2. What goal do they aim to reach ?
3. How will you help them reach their objective?
Most client dissatisfaction stems from failing to answer these three questions.
Why does this happen?
it's because we didn't listen carefully, and we didn't ask back

What to do ?
If you're lost, how do you know which direction to take?
You ask for someone to point you in the right direction .
Similarly....... ask your client
Ask why this project is important to them.
- Clarify what goals they hope to achieve.
Discuss how you'll work together to reach those objectives.
By asking these questions, you'll ensure a smoother discovery phase and a more successful project outcome.
