Prov 14 vs 12 & Prov 16 vs 25: 25 There is a way which seems straight before a man, but its end is the ways of death. Both Scripture passages are written exactly the same. So it got me to dig a little deep then I realised that in a nutshell the preacher in chapter 14 is comparing between wisdom and folly whilst in chapter 16 he is emphasising on righteousness and instructing kings and those in authority. So when man practice wisdom or foolishness either way, somehow they are doing it because it seems right to them in their eyes, their judgements and in their heart. I have also noticed there there is the righteousness of man then the righteousness of God where He himself makes us righteous through His Son who is the WAY that leads to life and not to death as in the ways of man. Therefore if there is a way which seems....it only seems but is not! Careful...it is counterfeit!! May our ways be guided by the word of God Psalm 119 vs 105 Your word is a light for my feet, ever shining on my way. This way you won't use byways but you will always stay on the Highway!
