We found a cheap common brick that's as good as and even BETTER than some facebrick.

We've used that brick to lower the costs of building this house. The 3 Bed house will be built in Ashdown Park on a 500sqm stand.

Exciting times ahead. Looking to getting started on getting this house built this year.

Just wrapping up some work on some up market cluster in Northwood, close to Arundel.

We design, special houses, large and small. We help you make that bold statement!

What's your preference, Open plan vs "closed plan". You can have both. This @romapark2011 design achieves that by use of a sliding folding door to separate the lounge from the kitchen and dining.

The sliding door has frosted glass, which when closed provides acoustic and visual separation.

The door has the ability to open up its entire length allowing all 3 rooms to become on seamless space.

Work is ongoing, even during this current lockdown. What it means for some of us with toddlers is we are forced to invert our working ours to keep the smiles on our clients' faces.
Today we have revisited a project we worked on with a Zambian Client for a Zambian site in @romapark2011. This was our first project beyond our zimbabwean border and it proved doable. Approvals were quickly and efficiently processed by the guys @romapark2011.

The client was very clear on what he wanted to achieve and we worked together iteratively to come up with this design.

Getting ready for a meeting with a client in Belvedere. The plan is to revamp the layout and have it aligned with their religious views.

Among other things, the plan is to have the layout practical and fresh. Ready to receive a young and modern family.

Its been a while since we posted a design. A lot has been happening behind the scenes.

Today we bring you a freshly baked design.... Straight from the oven. This was one special project based on the classic gable roof tweaked to modern standards by skewing the roof to avoid symmetry which is highly overrated.

The result is a fresh, contemporary design with a touch of boldness to it. Let us know what you think about this design. Enjoy.

Our first structural design, for a house in Mt Pleasant Heights in 2014. The house had lots of cantilevers, architects love these. Overall the house turned out well. Quite happy with the results.
