Haefelis first opened years ago as a family run business in Bulawayo. The brand was very successful and well loved by both Bulawayo residents and visitors. Haefelis became part of the Simbisa stable of brands in 1995 and continued to be so popular that Simbisa opened a second branch in Victoria Falls in 2008. Chisipite is the first Haefelis in Harare which opened its doors to the people of Harare
