Italyan Baharati & garlic butter king prawns, the oil was infused with some lemon hence no need to squeeze more lemons as it gave it the much needed zing! Look out for the range. Used in this recipe is their rapeseed oil which gives that perfect lemon infusion.

Actually it's roots are said to be a good substitute for coffee. What a delicacy it's leaves are when used for salads...

Fresh from my oven, an early prototype of modern day pizza; focaccia (fo - cah - cha) is one of my favourite flat breads as it's not restrictive to toppings hence creation of a combination of mouth watering flavours.
