The combination of tangy cheese with the sweet fruit and honey makes this a gorgeous light lunch or starter during spring.
Here’s our lovely recipe from OVEN ART.
Ingredients:
4 slices OVEN ART sourdough bread
250g black grapes
1 rosemary sprig, plus a few extra leaves to garnish
1 tbsp honey, plus extra to serve
125g cream cheese
20g walnuts or pecans, toasted and chopped
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a small baking tray with baking paper and add the grapes and the sprig of rosemary. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of honey and sprinkle with a little salt. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until the grapes are blistered and starting to burst.
2. Lightly toast the bread. Spread one side of each piece of toast with the cheese. Top with the roasted grapes, spooning on any juices from the tray and drizzle over a little more honey. Scatter with the extra rosemary leaves and the toasted nuts. Serve immediately.

Rise & Shine and show your appreciation with breakfast in bed for darling Mum with an OVEN ART inspired breakfast.
Try our combination of creamy peas, salty feta, a hint of chilli, topped off with a runny poached egg. A breakfast made with love for Mum.
Ingredients:
2 thick slices of OVEN ART sourdough bread
200g frozen peas
½ tbsp olive oil
a splash of sherry vinegar
a pinch of chilli flakes
50g vegetarian feta
a small handful of torn mint leaves, plus extra to serve
2 medium or large eggs
1 tbsp toasted mixed seeds (optional)
Method:
1. Weigh the peas into a heatproof bowl then cover with boiling water and leave to defrost. Drain, then add the oil, sherry vinegar, chilli flakes, salt and black pepper. Use a potato masher to crush the peas to a coarse purée. Crumble in the feta and stir through the mint. Check the seasoning; set aside.
2. Bring a deep pan of water to a rolling boil. Crack the eggs into 2 glasses then use a spoon to create a whirlpool in the water. Pour the eggs into opposite edges of the pan, poach for 21⁄2 minutes until the white is set and the yolks are runny.
3. Meanwhile toast the OVEN ART sourdough bread. Spoon on the pea and feta smash and top with a poached egg. Season and add a few chilli flakes, then scatter over the toasted seeds for crunch if you like, and the reserved mint leaves.

Here is a great way to use your leftover OVEN ART Ciabatta or OVEN ART Sourdough Bread.
Toast it up, toss it with tomatoes, spring onions and basil and throw a tangy dressing to create tasty panzanella goodness.
Ingredients:
6 cups OVEN ART Ciabatta bread torn into pieces
¼ cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
500g tomatoes
¼ red onion thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh herbs basil, oregano and/or parsley
1 cup fresh mozzarella cocktail sized
1 cup cucumbers sliced
½ cup olives pitted
Dressing
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt & pepper
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
2. Place OVEN ART Ciabatta bread in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt & pepper.
3. Bake until lightly browned and dried, 10-12 minutes. Cool.
4. Whisk together ¼ cup of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
5. Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle with dressing.
6. Gently toss and let sit 15 minutes tossing occasionally.
7. Top with herbs and fresh pepper. Serve.
