In her role, Dedrey has developed various customer-focused, market-based strategies, and has been instrumental in the development of value propositions and products that have significantly contributed to the year-on-year improvement in Nedbank Limited`s service rating, customer loyalty and overall profitability. During her tenure at Nedbank, the bank has received various accolades/awards for brand equity, customer service and marketing campaigns. other notable achievements include launch of products such as the Women’s Value Proposition and the Bundle Account which were the first in the Zimbabwean market.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership, a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, and she is a certified Digital Marketing Practitioner. Dedrey holds these and various other Marketing, Leadership and Management courses with UNISA, University of Cape Town, Gordon Institute of Business Leadership -University of Pretoria, Institute of Marketing Management amongst others.
