She is a Peace and Governance student at Bindura University of Science Education ( *BUSE* ). She's the founder and President of a women oriented organization called Active Mindsets which is based in Zimbabwe and also run in United Kingdom by Makanaka Khosa ,a U.K based Zimbabwean . She's also a Founding Director of Give A Smile Initiative ( *GASI* ) which focuses on enhancing the lives of vulnerable girls and boys in primary school .

Charlotte is a students representative in the Young Women For Economic Development ( YW4ED) movement , Mashonaland East Province Chapter .
She's also a young lady who works with the Zimbabwe Youths Council ( Z.Y.C) in ensuring child and youths participation in the development of Zimbabwe .
Charlotte has partnered with organisations like Rock of Ages and Young Open Minds Zimbabwe in alleviating the plight of the vulnerable children in Zimbabwe by sourcing stationery and sanitary wear for them .

Charlotte is a young lady who has featured in UNFPA competition and has been awarded the best prize at National level .
She has also featured in the Constituency talk which is broadcasted on Z.T.V .She has also featured in Action Aids initiatives at a young age .

Currently she's running women and youths empowerment project in her Mashonaland East Province.

She's a phenomenal young lady who has a quest to see young women participating in nation building politics .She started her political journey when she was 4 years old and it's her wish to see youths involvement in nation building politics and governance issues .

Charlotte is a feminist ,a rights activist and a youths advocate who wishes to see this world as conducive and enabling for all despite their backgrounds and affiliations . Charlotte is a poet as well as a writer .

Charlotte is a Christian who believes that the power to do great things comes from God .

She wrote a book with people’s day to day emotions and experiences. Contains information that most people can relate to, the teenagers,Christians and old too. It carries topics like GBV,teenage life,motivation,Christian life,love,lessons etc. The poems focus on how people live their lives mostly on how they respond or get affected emotionally. Everything is bottled up in the book and freely shared.

Hazel is a girl empowerment activist with a degree in social work and training in social accountability monitoring for adolescent girls and young women’s sexual reproductive health with SAFAIDS. She is committed to advocating for gender equality and contributing towards building a world where girls are respected. Hazel previously worked for Ignite Youth Organization as the program leader for girls initiative and won the prize for the best project supporting girls award. She is the lead host of the Red Couch Talk Show at the Women’s coalition and is also a blogger and a writer. She is serving as the Executive Women’s Alliance of Zimbabwe as a member and the Youth Empowerment and Transformation Trust as a Board Member. She is also a Young Woman Governance Board Member at ATHENA NETWORK and is the previous secretary of the Nerve Center:Education Plus Initiative co-led by five UN agencies. Currently, Hazel is doing her Masters Degree in Developmental Social Work at Midlands State University and is a member of the Institute of Project Management Institute: Zimbabwe Chapter (IPMZ). Hazel strongly believes that the solution lies in a collective strength to create a safer world for women and girls.
