*Job Summary:*

We're seeking a highly motivated and client-focused male or female sales negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional sourcing and selling of properties, managing sales transactions, and promoting our company brand on social media and other platforms.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Sourcing of properties from sellers and securing of selling mandates.
- Securing buyers for the same, including those properties in co. portfolio.
- Provide excellent cliental service and maintain good public relations when sourcing, selling, and administering sales transactions.

*Requirements:*

- Excellent customer service and public relations skills
- Proficient and skilful in negotiating with clients.
- Up to date knowledge on values of properties in most areas in order to advise sellers and buyers accordingly.
- Previous sales negotiating or real estate business experience is an added advantage.
- 5 O-levels, including Maths and English.
- Holder of Real estate negotiator's certificate, or one studying towards the same,
- Must be above 20 years old and reside in Harare.
