forgiveness is a hard process,but take one day at a time. Pray, and talk to friends about it.

Step Three

DETERMINE TO FACE THE PERSON AND RESOLVE TO TALK .

This is the toughest of all Steps.But talking to the person who's hurt you is critical in rebuilding your friendship.

you don't have to begin with the issue at hand,but do confront the person.if you hesitate,you may never take action.

Step Two.

TALK ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS WITH A FRIEND.Getting your hurt and anger out in the open will help you be more objective in dealing with those feelings.A true friend will give you moral support as you work through your emotions.

WHAT TO DO WHEN SOMEONE LETS YOU DOWN.

Step One.

TELL GOD HOW YOU FEEL.He knows what is is like to hurt,and He'll give you the strength to move on.Forgiveness gets the chip off your shoulder.It's Human nature to hold on to hurt and anger, but God can and will help you deal with these emotions.

Dear God,

Grant us relief from stress and worry, knowing You’re in control. Take away all the anxiety and grant us peace. Help us grow our faith and dependence on You.

Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. (Matthew 6:34).

Some ask how can patience be beautiful? It's tiring, painful, saps your energy, you wait and wait and it drains you. But it's beautiful simply because you trust the Almighty fully. You may not understand His Plan but you know it will lead to a good end.

Don't think the Almighty doesn't know you're struggling to remain on the straight path. He sees your effort. He rewards your effort. He is with you every step of the way.
