Today we celebrate and honour the men who love, guide, protect, sacrifice, and pour so much into their families and communities. Your presence, wisdom, strength, and commitment make a difference in the lives of those around you.
As you continue to carry the responsibility of fatherhood, remember that your wellbeing matters too. Take time to care for your mental and emotional health. It is okay to talk, to seek support, to rest, and to acknowledge your feelings. A strong father is not only one who provides and protects, but also one who takes care of himself so he can continue showing up with love and purpose.
May you be encouraged, appreciated, and reminded that you are valued beyond what you do, you are valued for who you are.
Wishing every father a blessed and meaningful Father’s Day. May you continue to lead with love, strength, wisdom, and grace.
On FAITH WEDNESDAY this week we share on a topic titled 'Love your enemies' scriptural reflection taken from Luke 5:27-35. We are encouraged not only to love and do good to those that love us but to love and do good even to those who hate us or "spitefully use us". Ours is to do good to everyone just as God is kind even to the ungrateful and the evil. Remember "just as you want men to do to you, you also do to them like wise"
This week on Mental Health Monday episode of Inspired to Inspire Podcast. We took a whole different set of an outdoor environment as we visited at the University Teaching Hospital (UTH) male ward. This was part of our awareness campaign for MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH this whole month of June.
Let's continue raising awareness and encouraging our men starting with the boy child to speak up and break the silence around mental health issues.
A word of encouragement to fellow young people following previous topic of discussion titled 'becoming a positive role model. On this episode of Youth and Decision Making Friday we emphasize the need to be deliberate about building personal character in order to be great leaders and Inspire others.
Let's listen to this short but insightful message. Remember to react, comment and share the video to pass on the nspiration. Stay Tuned
Today on Inspired to Inspire Faith Wednesday Episode we share a topic titled 'LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR '
This scriptural reflection is simply encouraging us to to love our neighbours and a neighbour is basically anyone that is next to us at a particular given moment, it could be our family, friends, colleagues or even a stranger we meet on the streets.
Scripture reference is Matthew 22:36-40 (NKJV)
Watch to the end, react, comment and share.....Be blessed

On Mental Health Monday we continue sharing and creating awareness on MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH. Here is a short write up..........
Men's mental health has some unique challenges, partly because of social expectations and stigma. The big issues that come up most are:
1. Stigma and a "tough it out" mindset
There's still pressure on a lot of guys to be stoic, self-reliant, not "burden" others. That makes it harder to admit stress, anxiety, or sadness. As a result a lot of men don't seek help until things get severe.
2. Higher su***de rates
Globally, men die by su***de 3-4 times more often than women, even though women report depression/anxiety more. The gap comes from method lethality, lower help-seeking and risk-taking behavior.
3. Underdiagnosis of depression/anxiety
Men often show depression differently - more irritability, anger, risk-taking, substance use, workaholism, instead of "sadness". So it gets missed or labeled as something else.
4. Social isolation
As guys get older, friendships can drop off after school/work. Men tend to have smaller support networks and are less likely to talk deeply with friends. Loneliness also hits mental health hard.
5. Substance use as coping
Alcohol and drugs are used more often by men to self-medicate stress, grief, or emotional pain. That can create a cycle with depression/anxiety.
6. Role/identity pressure
Expectations around being provider, protector, "having it all together" - job loss, divorce, fatherhood struggles, or aging can trigger identity crises and shame.
7. Trauma and PTSD
Men have higher exposure to certain traumas like combat, physical assault, workplace accidents. PTSD in men often shows up as anger or numbness rather than fear.
The good news is that awareness is growing and more men are talking openly now. Therapy, male support groups, even just regular check-ins with friends help a lot.
Its really time to break the silence.
It is okay for men to talk.
It is okay for men to heal.
It is okay for men to ask for help.
A healthy man emotionally, mentally, and spiritually builds healthier families, friendships, and communities.

Meet Faith Nawa Nasilele (Nana)
Co-Host | Inspired To Inspire Podcast
A positive role model for young people, Nana embodies the belief that growth is a journey, not a destination. She has chosen progress over perfection, understanding that true influence comes not from having all the answers, but from being willing to learn, heal, and grow.
Through her authenticity, resilience, and compassionate spirit, she continues to inspire and impact positive change in the lives of others. Even while navigating her own journey of healing and personal growth, she chooses to be a light, offering hope, encouragement, and inspiration to those around her.
Her life reminds us that we do not have to be perfect to make a difference, we simply need the courage to keep growing and the willingness to uplift others along the way.
Keep shining your light, Bubbly. The world needs the warmth, hope, and inspiration you bring.
