It is with great sadness that we announce the demise of Kristina nguni, a vibrant young girl who brightened all of our smiles at WIGMU Engineering with her warm smiles.
Her loss is deeply felt by all of us. We extend our condolences to Mr Keagan Kakosa ,the nguni family,her school mates and everyone who had the opportunity of knowing her.

Are you a qualified Civil Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer? If precision, accountability, and quality control are in your DNA—we want to hear from you!

Your Role Will Include:
🔹 Overseeing site operations and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications
🔹 Monitoring construction activities and reporting progress
🔹 Identifying and solving site issues with a methodical, detail-oriented approach
🔹 Collaborating with architects, consultants and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✔ Has a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering
✔ Brings 1–2 years of experience in site supervision or project ex*****on
✔ Is meticulous with documentation, safety standards, and workmanship quality
✔ Communicates clearly and works effectively across diverse teams
✔ Possesses practical knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)

Message of Condolences - Ruth Mbilima

It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we receive the news of the passing of Ruth Mbilima, a final-year student in the School of Business who died on Saturday 5th April 2025. Her untimely departure comes at a time when our university community is already grieving the loss of several students in recent months. The pain runs deep, and our hearts are heavy.
As we come to terms with this profound loss, our thoughts and heartfelt prayers go out to her family, friends, classmates and the entire CBU community
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
