It was such an honor to meet the great last December during my work trip to Dar es Salaam. Let the pictures not fool you at how composed I was... Ofcourse I was star stricken 😅

Those who know me I’ve come to learn that am big on music. One of my favorite genres is hip hop.

Those who know me I’ve also come to learn that I am quite big on zambia; unapologetically patriotic.

It brings me great pride to see zambian hip hop ascend to such high levels courtesy of and on the hottest hip hop track “black Jesus”...

From lyricism, beat, production/selection and the visuals to the video, everything is excellent to the T!.
What’s more striking is the message of the song transcends music but is something we can all relate to (especially the younger generation) in our unique and respective careers i.e how we as the “what is” can fit in with those that “have always been”, without stepping on each other’s toes 😉
