Lust — Let's talk about it
Part 2

*How do we overcome the disgusting spirit of lust?*

_1. Confess your sins by name and repent (change your ways)_
When you confess your sins, you don't say "God I'm sorry for everything". It shows that you're lacking accountability for your actions and it means you have not surrendered to God for Him cleanse you from it. (I John 1:9 But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness. )
When we confess the sins individually we surrendering them God and the enemy cannot use that against us.

_2. Create Boundaries_
Boundaries save you from a lot of nonsense even from friends. Elo they will give you a nickname, embrace it.
You can't be going to boys rooms and places with all the hormones that you have and expect nothing to develop ? You are not strong that is why the Bible says *FLEEEEE* *(I Corinthians 6:18 NKJV- Flee s*xual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits s*xual immorality sins against his own body.)*
You can't be entertaining certain conversations. So create those boundaries.

_3. Spend time in Prayer and God's word_
Create an atmosphere of Christ around you. Listen to music that glorifies Jesus. Pray during your break, in the morning and evening, when you're walking, when you're cooking, when you're sweeping or baking. Set times to read your Bible, Study it and meditate on it. If you are constantly found in God's presence it will be very difficult for these to come to you but that does mean you won't be tempted.

_4. Be Intentional_
Be intentional about your boundaries, music, movies, friends, conversations, etc.

_5. Speak the word of God_
Speak the word of God over yourself. Prayerfully quote scriptures that renounce the power of those spirits upon your life.

Lust — Let's talk about it
Part 1
It's quite lengthy but worth it.

So today we'll be looking at something that is a great problem in the body of Christ and my heart breaks when I see even children go through this. This is because the enemy is after my generation and my generation is still very complacent and too comfortable with being babies that they don't realize it

Lust is referred to as fornication, when we fornicate we sin against God and against our bodies.When we have s*x with someone who is not our husband or wife, we do more than just having s*x, we exchange destinies, we receive bloodline curses and even demons sent to destroy that person.When you ma******te you are having s*x with demonic spirits that can affect the entire generation after you. These demonic spirits hate you so much that they want to destroy you.

How does lust come about?
Lust doesn't just pop up, it is invited through: Conversations, Music, Movies, Bloodline and Social media. To list a few. Let's break it down.

_1. Conversations_
What conversations are you entertaining? What conversations are you having?
If you sit around people who are constantly talking about what they did with their boyfriend/girlfriend in the bedroom what are you expecting to receive?
If you're part of conversations where people are talking about s*xual things and you're also partaking, what are you expecting to happen?
People are talking about sugar daddies/mummies and you're there what are you thinking will happen?
Whatever spirit is behind what they're doing will be imparted (transfered) to you. I'll share on impartations some other time.

_2. Music_
There's often a debate if listening to secular music is a sin; today I will answer that here. Secular music is not related to any religion it is just music. However, every music we listen to us backed by a spirit.
The same way we want to draw closer to God and want to worship Him etc when we listen to gospel music because it's backed by the Holy Spirit is the same way secular music is backed by some spirit.
Tell me how can you as a Christian be listening and dancing to music that mocking God?
Why are you listening to people who are singing about depression, heartbreak, exes, etc and expecting to be a healed person?
Child of God why are you listening to insults?
When we look at the lifestyles of your favorite secular musicians we can clearly see that God is not there because we know them by their fruits. Also, just because it sounds gospel doesn't mean it is, you must test every spirit behind whatever you're listening to and watching.
Scripture has no business with a secular song. So those trends participate in them with caution.
I HAVE SAID WHAT I HAVE SAID

_3. Movies_
When you sit and watch those movies with s*x scenes what are you expecting? So you think skipping it will make it better? Haven't you already fed your eyes?
Be mindful of what you feed your eyes and ears. What you feed them is what will manifest in your heart.
You spend majority of your time listening to secular music and watching secular movies and you come to me and tell me that the Lord has telling you to do certain things. I will ask you which spirit are you speaking by? Because who's voice will you listen to more the one you listen to for 7 plus hours or the one you spend 30 minutes with?

_4. Bloodline_
Sometimes it may not be you but things that come from way back in your bloodline. This may require deliverance and renouncing and breaking those ties.

_5. Social Media_
Who are you following? What are you liking? What you watching?
Children of Yahweh, who you follow influences your life in the way you talk, dress and act.
*Matthew 26:69 NKJV[69] Now Peter sat outside in the courtyard. And a servant girl came to him, saying, “You also were with Jesus of Galilee.”*
The servant girl was able to identify and connect Peter to Jesus not because she knew Him but because Peter began to do things and probably dress like Jesus without realizing it not because he was coping Jesus but that Peter spent so much time with Jesus that Jesus started rubbing my off on him.
So if you claim to be a follower of Jesus we will be able to see it. If you're a follower of yo maps we will be able to see. If you are a follower of sports we will be able to see it.
