JOB OPPORTUNITY: SHOP & MARKETING OFFICER

Choma Youth Rise

Choma Youth Rise is looking for a committed and self-driven individual to manage our shop and promote our products both online and physically.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day shop operations

Attend to customers and ensure excellent customer service

Promote products through online platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, etc.)

Conduct physical marketing within Choma town and surrounding areas

Maintain sales records, stock updates, and daily reports

Develop simple marketing content (posts, flyers, short videos)

Requirements

1. Grade 12 certificate (minimum)
2. Basic computer and smartphone skills
3. Experience in marketing or shopkeeping is an added advantage
4. Good communication and customer-service skills
5. Must be honest, reliable, and willing to learn

Must be based in Choma

✅ Take part in our cleaning services, including:
• Carpet and sofa cleaning
• Beddings and clothing washing
• Ironing
• Pest control (spraying and safe methods)

✅ Participate in community sensitization and empowerment programs that promote health, discipline, and self-reliance.

🎓 What You’ll Gain

🎓 School leavers will receive support and recommendations for scholarships, student loans, and bursaries.
