OMG Such talent...so wish I could paint like this.

I used to come out to South Africa at least twice a year - elderly distant relatives lived in Durban but we traveled throughout the country quite extensively - the usual touristy places plus some off the beaten track trips. The following is just a few of the tourist spots - Drakensburgs, Sani Pass, Kruger, Garden Route, The Cape and Cape Town, Winelands and many major cities. Loved every minute of it except the humidity in Durban. Is the art work your own?
Holidaying changed when I began successfully breeding and showing rare breed sheep in the UK - since then I have never been able to get anyone to look after all my animals for long enough to leave home for 3 weeks - a month. I am winding down these days as age is catching with me but still have stock, 6 miniature schnauzer dogs and 4 wonderful Kune Kune pigs natives of New Zealand. Life changes inevitably but still miss visiting S. Africa - wonderful country and lovely people. I have some wonderful memories and I always bought books to bring home to remind of those times so I can still enjoy those.
