Rates:
Low Season
R 900 per night for up to 4 people, add an additional R150 per extra person (this includes children)
Mid Season
R1200 per night for up to 4 people, add an additional R175 per extra person (this includes children)
High Season
R 2 950 per night for 8 people. Add an additional fee of R250 per additional child or adult (sleeper couches in the Living area can accommodate an additional 4 children)
Seasons
Low Season - May to August, excluding the periods specified below
Mid Season - September to April, Easter, Oyster Festival, school holidays & Long Weekends excluding the periods specified below
High Season - December / January school holidays

Minimum period
Low Season - Minimum of 2 nights
Mid Season - Minimum of 2 nights, School holidays is a minimum of 5 nights, Oyster Festival is a minimum 4 nights over each weekend, Long weekends is a minimum 3 nights.
High Season - December / January school holidays; minimum of 5 nights up to and including the 7th Dec, minimum of 14 nights over the Xmas period, minimum of 14 nights over the New Years period or 21 days over both periods.
