Before, due to the split, we made longing "bad", it’s a NEED, and being "needy" is a weakness we were told

That pushed many of us into exaggerated Masculine power
To be fiercely independent

Self care and self love

The Well-Being Sanctuary is the perfect place to recharge and retune yourself back to the essence of who you are.

I have a confession to make
Sometimes.... I roll my eyes

At the constant talk
about self love and care
It is not about talking
It's about walking

If we are talking about it
It's still part of the plan
The result is in the Future
To remedy the Past
It's a Projection of Perfection

Self care For me
Is about focusing
On what is in front of me
It's about Showing up with
Presence in the Present

And its about listening
To the whispers of my body
Long before it starts to scream

It's about my 100% rule
Do what you are doing 100%
Play, work, or rest 100%

Basic self care is our access point to our intuition and nurtures our life force

We are always plugged into the Source of all Creation
If we are out of balance
We should Find the Source of that

What external source of energy are we plugged into?
Why? Is there a need, here?

Follow the Compass of health...
North - Nutrition
East - Exercise
West - Water & a detox life style
South - Sleep & Sacred Sexuality

During the Elemental Wisdom Goddess Retreat we reconnected with all the Elements, dropping into Fire as such a primal force.

We need Heat. From the beginning of time, it was clear… fire means survival.

Nothing is more beautiful than looking and losing yourself in the Flames.

Fire can save lives, or destroy it. When it Burns, it Hurts and it’s an Element that we respect.

When Fire and Desire hold hands the Spark Ignites Passion.

Fire can dance and jump and we can dance and jump with it, like we did with Selah Joy during the fire workshop and play.

Fire has a voice…popping, crackling, roaring or rushing and it helps us find our own voices.

It’s cleanses and discharges, helping us let go of what no longer serves us, while powerfully calling in what we yearn to manifest.

During the Elemental Wisdom Goddess Retreat we opened with Cacao and the Earth lodge as Sacred Ceremonies on the first day.

Both the plant medicine Cacao and the sweat lodge are integral parts of Native South and North American communities and cultures.

The cacao opened our hearts to the experience and we bonded with each other in our powerful sisterhood. We released what no longer serves us and called in our deepest desires and manifesting power.

For me it was like coming full circle. Sitting inside the lodge and looking up in deep reverence at the blankets separating us from the sky. I have been called to prepare for a sweat lodge at Well-Being Sanctuary before anything else. I bought blankets for a lodge six months before I was called to do my first sweat over a year ago.

We followed the guidelines and songs for a deeply spiritual experience, tapping into the wisdom of these ancient medicines.

We gratefully welcomed each grandmother and grandfather stone at the center of the sacred geometrical ceremonial space. Being on Earth from before the beginning of time, they know it all. The union of stone and fire is supported by the trees, or standing ones, as they give themselves to this sacred ceremony in the fire. There is balance in this blessed union between the elements, trees and stones as they are the doctors delivering the medicine through the songs of our open hearts.

During each round we are opening the doors to healing with our heartfelt intentions, calls, cries and prayers . We breathe deeply and with every pour of water on the stones, the grandmothers and fathers speak to us and imbue us with their wisdom. The steam cleanses us and we take their wisdom into our lungs.

The sound of each element in and outside the lodge is medicinal, as it penetrates each cell and wash away every negative thought or fear.

We hear the fire speak and see our futures in the glowing of the stones, we drip water back into the earth. We give up the silly notion of control or staying clean and surrender to the hum of the humid earth.

The Elemental Wisdom Goddess Retreat at the Well-Being Sanctuary this weekend was NOT a Retreat …

it was a NEW BEGINNING

I want to thank the women who journeyed so deep with the feminine in themselves, each other and the elements.

We walked the Earth, we danced with Fire, we breathed Air and we flowed with Water. We were deeply supported by Mother Nature. Only our Bell-Tent canvas separated us at night from the Milky Way as it lit up the sky.

The New Moon perfectly synced with our NEW BEGINNING.

We are all fundamentally changed and for ever bonded.

We dream weaved our deepest desires into a manifestation phase. We tapped into the subconscious and went into the layers of being beyond mind where our true potential and healing abilities live.

I feel beyond grateful, nourished, loved and appreciated. Words cannot explain the beauty we experienced this weekend. Over time the gifts will continue to unfold and I will try my best to share what we tried to capture. But in truth… you had to be here… to experience the magic

That quiver you felt …
was the tectonic plates of Mother Gaia shift as this tribe of real people, free humans, critical thinkers and dream weavers came together for 14 days to honor our true nature, celebrate love and deepen in connection to each other and the Earth.
Earth's lithosphere, which is the rigid outermost shell of a planet, upper crust or upper mantle is broken into seven or eight major plates. The relative movement of the plates typically ranges from zero to 10 cm annually, but on 21/12/21 we as a tribe tapped into the unified field, our hearts beating as one.

Thank you to each and every soul that gave all of themselves. Thank you for your precious prayers and potent presence on the land.
