I wonder what would happen if i sliced a potatoe, oven baked it until it crisps, pour some parmesan cheese, add two different cheese sauce made from scratch then steam it on this bamboo boat with my favourite herbs?

That's what happened here. 😂

Fact is, I could honestly do this for the rest of my life and never get bored.
