We start of 2026 with some of the world leading sports performance testing and analytics equipment that the NBA, NFL, NHL, Premier League, Laliga, Budasliga and other use as part of their arsenal.

ASP is growing and looking for the right passionate candidates that are all about people, sports science and recovery.

We are blessed, growing and expanding ASP and our team to allow new and exciting developments within ASP.

Candidates who submit must have at least a 3 year diploma, degree or ideally Honours in Sports Science, exceptional communications skills and love to coach athletes at all levels and ages. You must have experience in coaches to be considered.

Fun day with Midstream Fc in their post Teams Sports Science Assessment just before leave for the USA for their football tournament. There were some really blitz players down at testing. 🔥🔥🔥 thank you Kerdrick and Management for another great testing day.

Asp Sport Science Chillout Recovery Lounge at the St Peter's College Sports and Cultural Festival.

With 30+ degrees heat the Chilltubs ice baths are a hit. Not to mentioned the love athletes are showing for the normatec compression boot sessions.

Nothing quite like a lactic leg flush after multiple games. 💪🏼

We top things off with UJ Chiropractic service to look after our athletes injuries.

The ASP Recovery lounge was born out of the need to educate young athletes about looking after their bodies and providing a professional grade sports science recovery service.

You can expect nothing less from ASP!

Another year another great Sports Science Testing day with Midstream CFA for their u16,17 and u19's in prep for their USA trip in December 2023.

Midstream CFA are a new aged club with new aged thinking and methodologies and use tools like sports science testing with Advanced Sports Performance.

SSA's help athletes bench mark themselves against their peers, help understand their strengths and weaknesses and also help identify possible risks of injury.

Once these footballers know the facts, they can now take action and work towards a better and more empowered version of themselves.

ASP Sports Science assists in building athletes the right way and unleashing their inner potential both from a performance and recovery point of view.

The road to success is achieved with daily discipline and grind. Anthony Souris working hard with ASP SPORTS SCIENCE two hours a day 3 times a week. . We focus on building each performance area to a high performance level, we add in eye vision training, injury prevention exercises and Sports Science Recovery with the Chillout Recovery Lounge. . Anthony is a well grounded athletes, that does his daily grind no matter what. He doesn't complain, he just keeps working hard and working towards his achieving his goal of going overseas.
