2026 so far has felt a little bit like this sled pull. Challenging, lots of effort, but also rewarding in many ways. Life has been shifting and I have taken a step back from posting here for some time.
This page started as a place to share my Mums & Bubs classes, walks and ways to stay fit as a mom. Fitness is my passion, but I am also a SAHM with a million little side hustles, ideas and interests that are always evolving.
