A recent project done the right way and we saved the day!
Ceiling boards were literally collapsing and we were there to assist the Owner with an emergency full replacement of the boards and cornices and secured them with s/screws to the branderings after ensuring those were in tact as well.
We then skimmed, primed and painted the new boards and cornices and cleaned out the roof valley which was clogged up with debris and vegetation for her.
As a goodwill gesture we even replaced her cupboard shelf at no charge 🤗
