Beginner baking and cake decorating classes will be held from 11 to 13 October.

Getting you started for your baking business!

Sundays are for recouping 🍇🍓🫐 looking forward to warmer months and 🍉

The basics of baking and cake decorating course will be held in October again - over 3 days. It is the perfect course for getting you started with a baking business.

For baking we will be covering round vanilla tiered cakes, chocolate sheet cakes, and cupcakes.

For cake decorating, we will be making and piping buttercream, using fondant and gumpaste, and making a Rice Krispie treats topper.

We also cover costing a cake for reselling.

All ingredients needed are included in the course price, as well as use of the cake machines and tools needed during class. Each student will take home a vanilla tiered cake, a chocolate sheet cake and a batch of cupcakes. Each student will also receive cake decorating tools to get you started at home.
