Had a great time catching up with Taryn Jade Studio during my visit to South Africa! She gifted me the original artwork she did for Standard Jack's single "Lost" back in 2022. We've been friends for half our lives and it's awesome to be able to collaborate in our artistic endeavors 🎨 Be sure to check out her other work!

It's finally here!

It's taken a lot to get this EP out into the world. After so many set-backs, delays, and life getting in the way, sometimes it felt like it would never happen. But it's here, and I'm so happy to be able to share it with the world 💙

This 5-track EP was written and recorded as one art piece, and while each track stands on its own, it was created to be a sonic journey from start to finish. However you choose to listen, I hope it brings something good into your life ✨

A huge shout-out to Sam Higham at Undercroft Studios for engineering and mixing this EP. He was instrumental in guiding me through the recording process and getting the sounds inside my head out into the real world. Thank you Sam! 🙏🏻🐟

Also a huge thank you to someart_bybeth, who created the cover art for this album. She really went several extra miles to make sure every detail was perfect and I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out 🧡

I am honoured to have had these tracks polished and mastered by two living legends, Greg Calbi and Steve Fallone at Sterling Sound. These multi Grammy Award winning engineers have added the final touches to so many legendary songs and albums, and to be included in their catalogue is surreal.

And finally, thank you to all of YOU 🫵🏻 The friends, fans and family of Standard Jack who have supported this project through the highs and lows. Your support means the world to me and you make doing all of this so worth it!
