Great evening Hosting Sasfin Weath with a different kind of wine pairing.

We had Jo and Nick who represented Peter Falke.

Nestled against the majestic slopes of the Helderberg Mountains in the heart of the Stellenbosch winelands.

We got to enjoy these amazing wine with a pairing of a sweet treat.

Started the evening with a summer cocktail which included the Leilani Muscat

Then went onto the highlight of the evening.

Blanc de Noir paired perfectly with Strawberry Sorbet 🍓

Chardonnay paired with Salted caramel pretzels with Di**le popcorn ice-cream 🍿 🥨

Ruby paired with sweetcream, honeycomb and dark chocolate 🍫

Cabernet Sauvignon served with peppermint crisp ice-cream 🍷

This tasting definitely turned some heads, and the pairing was perfect.
