With over a decade of experience in animal production, agricultural research, and farmer support services, Ernest is a passionate and committed agricultural professional. His expertise spans:

- Biosecurity and sustainable livestock systems
- Farmer training and technical advisory services
- Agricultural policy and development programs

As a Livestock Technical Advisor at Red Meat Industry Services (RMIS), Ernest leads national farmer training initiatives and contributes to agricultural media. He's a featured speaker at conferences and has authored articles for prominent publications.
