Precast Building Units (PBU) was established in 1987 with the intention of developing and producing precast building components for the construction industry.
Our initial direction was purchasing and installing Grinaker Precast material (blocks and concrete planks). PBU ventured into manufacturing their own material and this proved to be extremely successful and the business grew to its current size making us the largest manufacturer of prestressed beam and block slabs in Kwa-Zulu Natal.
