Firefly Biofuel started in 2016 and have grown exponentially within local and international eco-friendly markets.
The mission is reducing methane gas emissions (some nasty gases) by limiting used coffee waste and turning it into a fuel source (instead of the waste ending up in a landfill.)

Droombos' on-site restaurant, Garden & Apple Grove greets you with gorgeous breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings, where fresh herbs and spices are harvested daily and the bar stocks a wide variety of local and international beverages (you're not going to be thirsty after dinner. ;)
Our favourite of course was their Braai Pit Arena!

Like many , Braaidsmaid fled to the coast, and spent the weekend in the beautiful town of
I stopped for some lunch with my favorite foodie friend @anitalunchlady at the gorgeous new health and wellness eatery @grounded_yzer
I was blown away by their signature dish created by @anitalunchlady and chef @cobus.bekker.90
π± Butcher-crafted apple and sage pork bangers served with tumeric butter cauliflower crush and a honey cider sauce. I know right, WHAAAAT?! Obviously I had to know where these porkies were from... turns out they're made especially by Anita's husband, the talented @the_viking_butcher at @sparyzerfontein
How's that for a labour of love...
It was clear that I had to get my hands on a packet and try them over the fire myself! So I did! Stay tuned for more on this ...

On a visit to their farm and butchery whilst filming season 1 of
