A huge thank you to everyone that bought raffle tickets and donated towards Young Hopes F.C's uniforms and boots. We raised R16 000! Both the u12 and u16 teams now have kits, and boots and we had a little left over for some more balls (always needed). The boys were super stoked and the u12s won their first match in their new uniforms 5-2. Our next goal is to fundraise for a bus so the club can have autonomy getting to practices and matches and level up and enter the league! Thank you for supporting the start of our dream ⚽🤍⚽

Support the Young Hopes Soccer Club and stand a chance to win!

The Young Hopes Soccer Club is a fledgling youth empowerment initiative that started in Kraaibosch, Knysna Rural, in July 2025. It quickly expanded to include youth from Farleigh, Rugteplaas, and Elandskraal, with approximately 40 boys from ages 6-18 attending weekly practices, matches and tournaments.

We've reached the point where boots, uniforms and funding for transport are essential for competing against other teams in the area.

Help us reach our goal of R40 000 by entering our raffle. We've already raised R2400 from private sponsors and hosting our first tournament. With your support we know we can achieve our goal!

We are excited to announce The Sun Xa Experiment. will be bringing their medicine music to the Garden Route for the first time! But we need your help with financing transport to get the band here.

The band will be playing a few shows to help cover costs, but the guarantees offered are not enough to cover tour costs, and most shows are donation based - this is unfortunately the state of the South African music industry - bands are expected to play for free, or donation - we thank those venues offering guarantees, food and accommodation - to get this exceptional band across the country to spread their healing medicine and bring unity to our multi-racial community.

Our main aim is the hosting of a community music, somatic healing workshop and mini festival for the local kids of the Kraaibosch farming community in Knysna at the Grow Community Grow Regeneration Centre. We will also be launching our community free library at this event.

We are aiming to raise R12 000 to cover transport costs.
