Just because Shopify looks easy and user friendly doesn't mean it's best. There are also higher costs so do you research.
I have moved many clients over from Shopify to WordPress and had great results.
If you don't keep marketing in mind when building the website you'll lose potential customers and it will mean additional work when you do start marketing.

People are busy and online attention spans are getting shorter. Keep your message short but the main selling point for anything is to focus on the benefits before the cost.

About Me
Natalie Gunther grew up competing in provincial and almost national level of sports until an injury and circumstances changed that. Having no direction for a career, she was exposed to various business industries. She started her studies in Marketing and then spent time working overseas and after returning, she completed her Sports Management qualification.
Years later she started a business in the events industry which failed and she now uses those lessons or “school fees” to guide other entrepreneurs. After years of being employed again, she started working for a digital marketing company where she found her passion of growing businesses and her creativity blossomed.
She had an idea to learn website and graphic design then start a business but like many people, she was too busy to make her dream come true. It was a terrible car accident that changed everything. With 40% survival rate, she survived and after many painful nights she decided to make her dream a reality and had her logo designed while in hospital. With the majority of 5 months spent in bed, she taught herself website and graphic design and started her business.
