Athlete 1 will have to complete for MAX calories: 2:00 Ski Erg Rest :30s 1:00 Row Rest :30s :30s Air Bike :30s transition before the following athlete starts. Athlete 2 and 3 will follow the same sequence. The score will be the TOTAL MAX calories accumulated over all 3 rounds on all 3 machines. π¦Workout 2: Time CAP x 20:00π¦ For this part of the workout, all 3 athletes will work at the same time accumulating a max distance on all 3 machines for 20 min. π Athletes can decide who starts on what machine, and can switch machines at any time. The only condition is that each team member must use all 3 machines at least once in the duration of the 20 min. πWORKOUT 1 of 3 π The opening workout will be as follows: For Time: 1 km Ski Erg 1 km Air Bike 1 km Row Time Cap: 10:00 Men, 12:00 Women. Workout description: Each team member choose a station/machine to work on. Team member 1 completes the allocated km on the Ski Erg only. As soon as that km is done, team member 1 tags team member 2 and they proceed to go to the Air Bike and preform the allocated km. As soon as team member 2 is done, they tag team member 3 and they complete the km on the Rower.
